How may time in advance i need to place my order?

We highly recommend ask for a budget inquiry as soon as possible. You must confirm your order with at least 7 days in advance, with a prepayment of 50% from the total. For weddings and sweet tables we need at least 20 days in advance.

 

 

What's the price of the cakes?

It's not possible for us to fix a prize for cake or serving, just because every cake is different. We calculate the prices always based on size in servings and design complexity.

 

How can i pay my order?

To confirm your order we need with at least 7 days in advance, a prepayment of 50% from the total. The remaining 50% will be on delivery. For wedding cakes the remaining 50% should be satisfied at least one day before of the event. You can use as well PayPal or bank transfer if you want to. 

 

How i receive my order?

You can pick up your cake ready at Bin Mahmoud area, or we can deliver it to you with a small additional cost based on distance. Wedding cakes, tiered cakes or sweet tables should be mounted at the event's place.

 

Can i choose different flavours?

You can choose between the range of cake and filling flavours and types that we have available. For weddings and big events we can arrange a sample tasting asking for it with at least 7 days in advance. Sample tasting has aditional charges.

 

What's the smallest size of cakes i can choose?

For custom themed cakes the smallest cake we make is for 10 servings. If you need  cupcakes, decorated cookies, cake pops or push pop cakes, it must be at least one dozen each.

 

 

How about food allergy?

We don't make cakes for people with food allergy. If you or someone  in your celebration please be aware for it. From the fresh ingredients we use, some of them are containing sugar, gluten, milk and derivates, eggs, nuts and many others, making the final product non suitable for certain food allergy problems.
